I have been a real Citizen Soldier fan since Video Games came out back in 2026, so it pains me to leave this review. First off, I'm not complaining as a bandwagon jumper.
The venue was an unorganized chaos with not letting people in on time, the credit card check in slowed things down. Also, there was no set line for entry nor were the doors open before 8 (which was showtime). This was a really disappointing show.
Once we got inside for a top tier show like Citizen Soldier, I was disappointed as well. Her stage set was beautiful, but her singing was drowned out by teenage girls and not being loud enough. She didn't engage the crowd whatsoever, making for a boring, forgettable experience. Most concerts have bands that play for a fair amount of time, but Citizen Soldier only sung 14 songs in about an hour when most fans know she has way more material than that. To be fair, she did play her well-known songs for the most part. No encore either. I felt ripped off.
